"Unable to read XXX bytes in FILE_NAME on line 0" error basically means that your website content was uploaded in non-binary mode. No worries though! You can easily fix this by changing your FTP client's (ex. FileZilla) upload mode to 'binary' and re-uploading your files.

Don't forget to delete all non-binary files from the directory beforehand, though!
